Alcon: Vision Care Professional & Medical Affairs leadership summit

Alcon is the global leader in eye care, dedicated to helping people see brilliantly. With their 70-plus-year heritage, they are the largest eye care device company in the world, with complementary businesses in Surgical and Vision Care.

During two days, leaders of the different regions around the world got together to discuss how to build one professional team that delivers on the needs of the business.

During the two days meeting, I worked closely with Bart Foster (Sanitas Advisor) to visualise the outcomes so the participants “saw” and “understood” what they discussed, and I also prepared on-the-go templates and visuals to help with the facilitation of the sessions.
